hey all,

I am just beginning c++ as part of my course and have downloaded visual studio 2010 premium. I am using both jaws 12/13. I don't know currently know how accessible visual studio 2010 is because i have never used it. Could someone please tell me a place where i can possibly find a tutorial that is directly related with c++ and using visual studio 2010? I have previously done a bit of java and visual basic programming.

Thank you

Hi

Try www.nonvisualdevelopment.org to start, not sure it has an actual vs 2010 with cpp tutorial, but it is the most extensive collection of accessible programming material I am aware of.
vs 2010 should be fairly accessible with Jaws 12 and 13, given that FS has shifted internal code development to vs2010, or so I have heard.

Jaws 12 and 13 work with 2010, but you need the pro version. The free version doesn't expose a lot of stuff that Jaws needs to interact wiht it.

hello,

I have tried to visit nonvisual development, however the website seem to be going through changes and isn't the same as before. As for visual studio, i have the premium version currently installed but have access to the professional version through my university. Do you think there is need for me to uninstalled this and reinstall the pro version?
Thanks
